Here for you every step of the way
You’ll receive a letter at the start of every term detailing the following: –
Funding type
The number of funded hours allocated in the term
Your childcare plan
Which childcare is covered by funding
Any Additional childcare that you may have requested
Type of Plan – Term time or Stretched funding
The number of weeks and all dates that your funding covers you for.
Your Invoice
We invoice every 4 weeks and provide parents and carers with completely transparent invoices which show the following: –
Your allocation of funded hours in the period
The equivalent childcare cost that you are saving
All additional childcare costs for any additional sessions with each different session type as a separate line.
As every child is unique we ask parents to provide nappies, creams and wipes so there’s no added childcare costs.
Twinkle Tots does offer a nutritious breakfast, hot lunch, high tea, fruit and drinks at a subsidised price on funding days, and all food is prepared
on site in our very own kitchen.

Childcare Plans and Funding Options
Term time and Full time childcare plans (We’re open 51 weeks of the year). Standard & stretched funding places available from 9 months up to 5 year olds
Funded Half Days
You may use your funding for half day sessions which represents 5 hours funding and you can take it either in the morning or in the afternoon
Funded School Days
Funded school day sessions represent 6 hours of funding and are extremely popular
Funded Full Days
Get up to 10.5 hours of funded childcare for just 10 hours of funds! – A very popular plan with working parents

Funded Additional
Hours
If you need to top up your plan with additional hours you can simply add the number you need to your session plan
Term Time and Stretch Plans
Our term time plans offer either 15 or 30 hours childcare per week and our stretched plans offer either 12 or 24 hours childcare per week
Additional childcare and Ad-Hoc Days
If you need additional childcare to your funded plan that’s no problem at all we will build your plan to fit your needs. One off ad-hoc days can also be catered for if booked in advance.
We welcome children from 3 months to 5 years and ALL funding options are accepted. Twinkle Tots will assist you with obtaining funding if necessary.
No additional purchase is necessary to secure a funded place.
